Make Your Own Ketchup, No HFCS Necessary

If you’d rather not have your ketchup sweetened by sketchy high-fructose corn syrup, you may want to consider making your own.

Here are the ingredients you’ll need:

* 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste

* 1/2 cup white vinegar

* 4 tablespoons brown sugar

* 1 tablespoon garlic powder

* 1 tablespoon onion powder

* 1/4 teaspoon allspice

* 1 teaspoon salt

* 1 teaspoon molasses

* 1 teaspoon agave nectar

* 2 1/2 cups water

Click on the source link to see how to put this stuff together. And remember, if you decide to make catsup instead of ketchup you’ll need to throw a little cat in there.
