Reader AZCardinalsRule received a settlement check from the infamous Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas class action suit.

A brief refresher: the 2004 video game raised eyebrows — and ire — for including a hidden sex-themed minigame accessible by hacking. The terms of the class action suit called for the offended to receive $5 in compensation. The reader who wrote us was offended, but not for a reason you might think. He writes:

I got my settlement check from the GTA class action suit. $5. You had to swear you were offended by Hot Coffee. I was offended that I was unable to access it.

Was anyone else offended for the same reason?
