  1. Loias supports harsher punishments against corporations says:

Anyone else notice that TV prices have dropped, but have not been offered as a morning deal since a week before Christmas?

Has 2009 model TVs permanently dropped? Has it hit the bottom? When is the best time to buy?

    • Oranges w/ Cheese says:

Personally? I’d wait until after the super bowl.

    • Chris Walters says:

I noticed this morning that there haven’t been many HDTVs mentioned in the feeds that the deal sites send me each day. So yeah, I’ve noticed, but I don’t have an answer yet.

    • TheDude06 says:

Completely offtopic. but if you want a killer deal on a TV, wait 2 weeks, and check newegg.com for holiday returns. works great for thanksgiving too.

TVs arent the sort of commodity that has a “good time” to buy anymore. technology in that area is advancing very very fast, and ALL TV’s are cheap nowadays. its more down to the type of technology you get for your dollar, not how many dollars you spend.

  2. TheDude06 says:

Wilsons leather has been in some sort of perpetual clearance sale for the last 15 years. I cant even recall shopping there without some sort of 50%+ off sale going on

  3. Excuse My Ambition Deficit Disorder says:

Think you just turned me on to a great website (Dealzon) that I had never even heard of. Who doesn’t love free stuff…

  4. GuyGuidoEyesSteveDaveâ„¢ says:

And before anyone asks, I have enough webcams. I am not ordering any more. I will take donated cams, of course, but I’m not buying any more.

    • Kimaroo - 100% Pure Natural Kitteh says:

Are you sure? I think you could use a cat-cam.. You know, one that follows the cats so I can check in on them. Sure, I can spy on your regular cams and see if I can spot them, but who has that kind of time? (Shh. I know what you’re thinking, “Kim, YOU have that kind of time.”) With as many as you have, I’m suprised that I don’t see them more oftin.

  5. Chuck Norris' wig says:

Thanks for the Oneida link. They still have my pattern and I’ve been wanting to get more than my original service for 4.

Their silverware has a good weight to it, if that makes any sense.

    • Laura Northrup says:

Curious, did you buy yours before or after production moved from upstate NY to China? I was wondering whether the quality changed noticeably.

  6. Coles_Law says:

Be careful with the HP coupon. Their website has a nasty habit of accepting your coupon, showing the discount, then dropping it after you hit “Submit”.
