Morning Deals are purely an informational service for the readers. Consumerist receives nothing in exchange for their posting.
If you have a tip for Morning Deals, send it to tips@consumerist.com, and be sure to put “morning deals” in the subject line.

FYI the BuyDig deal for the TV is a 720p not a 1080p. Still a decent deal though. Goes for the same price on amazon w/o the buray player.
@Flyinace2000: Thanks. That’s the second significant BuyDig misprint in the past week. I’ll start taking a closer look at them to see if it happens again (in which case I’ll ban them from Morning Deals).
Anyone else notice that the Victoria Secret deal was sent in by John? Giggity.
@pgh9fan1: First thing I noticed. Alllllllright. Giggity.
There is also a Woot Off going on at [kids.woot.com]
Not sure the reasoning for selling a bluray player with a 720p TV. Sure, it’s a fantastic deal (temped to buy right now) but it’s seems a waste of a blueray player
@Loias: Maybe there was a typo they fixed, but the only Blu-Ray player deal I see is one paired with a 1080p TV (which is pretty necessary on a 50″ screen)
Here’s the link for the (Panasonic) Blu-Ray player included in the deal, which they separately for $128. [www.buydig.com]
When Macy’s was getting rid of their FAO Schwartz stuff, I managed to score an adorable stuffed Dug for 2.50. After that, I couldn’t bring myself to buy the Disney store ones- cheaper animals for higher prices.
# JC Penney : [Apparel] $10 Off $10 Purchase w/ Coupon GR8VALUE
Of course, shipping ($5.95) is not included in the coupon value.
For those interested in the LG 50 inch please keep in mind it can only view resolutions of 720p, and 1080i/p. It cannot properly view and decode “non HD” signals properly, such as only VCRs, or non-HD television. The Specs show this and I’ve seen some complaints on reviews from customers.
@pecan 3.14159265: I’m in the same boat; I already have presents galore for the grandchild, the grandchild-to-be, the niece and the kids next door.
I, myself, would not mind a shuffleboard, though.
@Chris Walters: Cried like a baby. I bought it, but am too afraid to watch it.
@GitEmSteveDave_HurtHisKnee: I HATE squirrels!
