Our Flickr Pool is the place where Consumerist readers go and upload photos for possible use in future Consumerist posts. Just be a registered Flickr user, go here, and click "Join Group?" up on the top right, and start hitting "send to group" on your individual photos you want to add to the pool.

Note that if you want them to have a shot at ending up on the Consumerist Friday post, you'll need to open up your sharing settings on your Flickr account so we can grab the HTML from the "Share This" tab. Sorry, but that's the only way to get Flickr and Consumerist to play with each other.

Add your shots to The Consumerist Flickr Pool, and perhaps they'll get featured in a future story, or even highlighted in a Friday Consumerist Flickr Pool Finds post. See previous winners of the Friday Consumerist Flickr Pool finds here.

that pic of mandelay bay makes me think it shuld be the opening sequence for a movie

@firemunkie: I'm no dog expert, but I think it's just hard to tell from this angle. I looked at some other pictures of the same dog and although it looks like a pug to me here, from other angles it's clear that it's not.

(Would I have known it was a boxer? No, but I would have know it's not a pug.)

Wonder how they got the piano down on the subway platform?

@Michael Belisle: Well, to be honest, I think they look like caterpillars. I'm pretty sure that's what it is.

Is that cat an Abyssinian? They are such gorgeous elegant animals.

@ElizabethD: Maybe I'm just an idiot, but my first impulse was to think it was Pikachu.

@MostlyHarmless: Seriously? Giving a dog chocolate?

That amount wouldn't seriously hurt him, but still. IIRC, they don't enjoy having it in their systems.

@TVarmy: it looks designed for a dog. i've seen bakeries that offer dog goodies made with carob.

Am I reading the sign on that chair correctly? At first glance it seems to say "$10 EACH, $3000 PR." I assume "PR" means "pair." If so that's pretty wild pricing. Even if it was meant to be "$30.00" a pair, it's still not right.
