This may or may not be a good morning to buy a PS3 considering the fact that Sony is probably announcing a new version this afternoon:
[gizmodo.com]
@dianabanana: Good point. Do you know if you can stream Mad Men on there? I can't tell from the site without reenabling my account.
@dianabanana: Either/or, really.
Weeds is so superlatively funny, well-written and its actors so ON that let's not quibble and instead let's join hands in luxuriating in their canibis sativa-infused goodness!
@Streblo:
No Mad Men / AMC shows for now.
Right now their streaming TV offerings appear to include a lot of Showtime shows (Dexter, Weeds, etc.), a lot of NBC shows (the Office, 30 Rock, Law&Order, etc.), a mixed bag of other network stations (ABC, CBS, etc.), but not a lot of other cable channels.
Of course, you can still get the DVDs for any show... that's what I've done w/ HBO shows
@Stickarm:
Yea, $250 for a refurb is not a good deal anymore, since the new ones are probably going to be $300 brand new.

Good deal for iTunes users - "Weeds" is on sale this week for between $10 to $15 per season (or $0.99 per episode). Time to finally catch up!
