@NeedsSharkRepellent_GitEmSteveDave:
That would be 20mg Amphetamine-Dextroamphetamine, better known as Adderall
@MostlyHarmless: i keep trying to get cute pics of them - they are foster kittens and going up for adoption in a few weeks, right after they get fixed and final vaccinations. but they mostly just give me dirty looks. at least they will come near me now - the first two weeks i had to lure them to me or chase them. now i walk in the room and that dark grey one with the nasty look runs over and claws my ankle and bites my feet.
but unless they look pretty on the website, it may be hard to find them homes.
@catastrophegirl - sometimes makes typos and doesn't care: Are they russian blues? I only ask because a very talkative russian blue is bugging me for a head rub and they remind me of her :)
@Cris 'Shamus' Landefeld: unknown. they are feral. both of those are polydactly and their brown tabby sister has normal cat feet. they had another polydactyl brown tabby brother but he had a tragic accident. there may be russian blue in there but only the one shows as dark grey and she has stripes under bright light
@catastrophegirl - sometimes makes typos and doesn't care: I donno. If I were around nine year old and knew Mom had set up a blind date for my naughty bits and a rusty knife within a couple weeks, I think I'd glare a bit too.
(JOKE: both our cats - fixed! Yours too, r-i-g-h-t?!)
More serious question - is there any way to habituate them out of their hostile attitude?
@Trai_Dep: For instance, the kitteh looks exactly like I do before I've had my coffee. Had you tried that?
@Trai_Dep: food is the key. to get them to stop running away from my hand i started with treats. then i got to be able to feed them from my hand. but they still wouldn't let me pick them up willingly. so i smeared gravy on my hand. hey, it worked! that's why they even get as close to me as that picture.
@catastrophegirl - sometimes makes typos and doesn't care: Our Bengal-ish kitty is a feral rescue. But thanks to the rescue home and the age he was swooped up, he entered our house absurdly people-friendly. More puppylike, really.
Words can't express how much a great service rescue people such as mine, and you, of course, do. It's a really good thing that you're doing!

And a quick Google search reveals that the pills in question are a generic Percocet w/5mg of Oxycodone in them. Which once again shows how easy it is to verify the pills you are given! Like I just took half of a peach pill with a stylized E and the number 401 imprinted on one side and score marks on the back. Who can ID this?
