That Toys R Us Nerf deal is pretty sweet! The Nerf Maverick Rev-6 may be the finest foam-dart sidearm ever produced.
@Brandon Carson: Yeah, DealNews and Consumerist both seem to have gotten the shipping thing wrong. It says clearly on the Boscov's page that the item requires "super heavy" shipping and, if you look at their shipping pricing page, that "super heavy" costs $40. Too bad, because I, too, would pay $19 s&h but probably won't pay $40
Apparently, the Glidden paint coupon server is having problems due to high traffic. Hope it's not KFC all over again.
i've been trying to get the glidden paint promotion page to load all day - it's either overloaded or something's wrong. my sister can't get it to load either it just keeps loading a blank page in firefox and a 'page cannot be displayed' error in IE.
i'd love to hear if anyone has a success with it
@catastrophegirl - brand new homeowner: I eventually got through. Turns out, you have to pick out the color from their webpage, and they SEND you the paint in 3-4 weeks. I can't imagine why that's better than sending a coupon.
@outoftheblew: ah yes, thanks! i did finally manage to get through. sadly you don't get to choose the finish for it. my sister's getting me one of the same color so i have 2 quarts to touch up my kitchen and i was hoping for something a little more gloss [non absorbent] than eggshell finish. but free is free
decent deal on that luggage.
