Free Food From Pizza Hut Via Twitter And Facebook
The new Pizza Hut social media intern has her first assignment, and it's to give out codes for free stuffed pizza rolls to the company's followers on Twitter and Facebook. Let's hope they've planned ahead better than KFC did. [Mashable] (Thanks, David!)

@I Love New Jersey: It didn't take too long for the obligatory "I'm too high-class to eat where millions of other people eat" comment.
Free food! That's the best especially with these difficult financial times. As a college student I am looking to save money in every facet of my life. I often buy gift cards at discounted prices as a way to save money at places I usually spend money at.

@Mark 2000: But if you got something for free at Pizza Hut wouldn't you say it was worth every penny? And isn't that what Consumerist is all about?
@I Love New Jersey: Pizza Hut Pizza is fast food pizza. Never consider it in the same league as real NJ/NY style pizza.
That said I dig the original pan pizza only because that is the only pizza you could get 35 years ago outside of the East Coast and before the Domino's creep. That and it was a special treat for my family to go into the dark, air conditioned restaurants while auto camping across the USA in an un-airconditioned car. It was a good change up from the bolonga sandwiches we otherwise ate all the time...
@I Love New Jersey: Yes, and I happen to make it. Admittedly, I can't bring myself to eat it either, but that has a lot to do with gluten intolerance.

Funny how I still don't want anything from
pizza hutt, even if it is free. Yuck.
