That first pic was weirding me out for a second till I figured out what I was looking at. I think it was the bright colors on the black background that threw me off for a split second.

I think he's on a cellphone too. After examination of the original photo on flickr.
That mannequin is the same one they use as the mom in "Oh! Mikey"! Kinda strange to see it not in that context.
