@paulrules: Lisa Smith has helped me before with a credit card issue (I was sent an RFID credit card without ever opting into one or requesting one. I prefer cards without RFID, but no one would help me after several calls. Finally did the EECB thing and had resolution pretty quickly).

Judging by the titles, I wouldn't be surprised of Paula Prahl would be the most helpful to people having problems with Best Buy.
