FBI Uses Wire Taps To Catch Mortgage Scammers
Most definitely copying what they've learned from the badass HBO show "The Wire," law enforcement agencies are using wire taps to catch bad guys in the cleverest of ways.
Now the FBI is mic-ing up loan offices to catch lenders in the act of mortgage fraud. The Bureau created a National Mortgage Fraud Team back in December to tackle the mortgage fraud caseload, which has tripled to 2,400 in the past three years, Reuters reports.
FBI Direcor Robert Mueller:
"In addition, sophisticated investigative techniques, such as undercover operations and wiretaps, not only result in the collection of valuable evidence, they provide an opportunity to apprehend criminals in the commission of their crimes, thus reducing loss to individuals and financial institutions," he said.
By the way, the reason Mueller seems so confident is he doesn't have to face Omar.

I just finished watching the complete series with my wife (I had already seen it) and she didn't seem to like it very much. Then again, she also watches The Hills, Americas Next Top Model, American Idol, and The Real World. To each his own.
Once again the incompetent government of the united states fails to protect its citizens against the criminal denizens.
Does anybody else realize they are 2 years too late, all of this has been going on since 2004, just like with Madoff, they get the evidence handed to them on a silver platter and they fumble it around like the incompetent buffoons that they are.
These are the same people that want to take away our constitutional rights, especially the right to bear arms, so at least we can defend ourselves and each other when the "state" police can't get there in time.

This is all part of the Halliburton-Bushitler illegal wiretap program that Chairman O and Keith Olbermann told us about. How DARE the federal government illegally wiretap suspected criminals communication! That is clearly illegal whether a judge authorized it or not, Olbermann tells us.
