There's about 30 spots left if you want to go to the Consumerist/Consumer Reports party/panel-discussion this Tuesday night from 6-8pm at the 92Y at 200 Hudson in New York, NY. Come Hear Ben Popken, Craigslist founder Craig Newmark, MSNBC's Red Tape Chronicles Bob Sullivan, and The Daily Beast's Rachel Sklar. Moderated by Consumer Reports Editorial Director Kevin McKean, the topic is "Defending The Endangered Consumer: High Impact Journalism in a Low-Budget Era." The phrase open-bar is used a lot these days. But when it comes to Consumerist picking up my tab....
Sounds like a good time, but "moderated" and "party" don't really go well with each other.
I promise here and now that if anyone gets a little too tipsy and leaves, let's say, a blue labcoat on their chair, I will NOT take it. I promise.

The only thing better than slightly tipsy panel moderating is slightly tipsy naked panel moderating.
In a nod to Kevin McKean's overseeing duties, however, he may wear a hat of his own choosing. Decorum allows this, according to Roberts Naked Rules of Order.
