Robert Duvall, a descendant of Robert E. Lee, is really just not cool with Walmart’s plans to build a Supercenter near the site of an important Civil War battle.

The Associated Press says that Duvall claims to have no grudge against Walmart, but “believes in capitalism coupled with sensitivity.”

The Virginia battlefield was the location where Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee first fought the Union’s Ulysses S. Grant.
