This Is A Picture Of Comcast's Headquarters In Philadelphia
The above picture of the huge video screen in the lobby of Comcast's headquarters in Philadelphia pretty much sums up everything you need to know about Comcast as a company.
Picture it whenever you call them asking why your internet still doesn't work.

Those of us living in the Philadelphia area have had the luxury of knowing where our cable bills have been going for the last few years as their new building went up. But I had no idea it had come to this.
In Comcast's defense, those are only pictures of cabaret dancers. A truly wasteful company would have hired a full-time shift of them. With an abbreviated shift on the weekend.
@warf0x0r: Good luck with that, they seem to be expanding at a snail's pace...at least near me. Then again, I live in the midwest, which doesn't seem to be a priority for them.
@rpm773: The real ones are in the exec offices. They put on a show every hour.
As customers, we just get to look at a massive flat panel TV with a video of them.
@rpm773: You didn't know about the screen? It was all over the local news months ago when they first started using it.
Who the hell needs doorways THAT size? Where are we, Comcast Headquarters or Hogwarts?

It's the Comcast Troll... He'll fix all our problems in a jiffy ;-)
@hunter3742: @GrandizerGo: They need to actually RUN the fiber cable to your house. So if you have underground lines like a major city, or are a little out in the boonies, then it might be awhile. Luckily, I was one of the first towns in NJ to get it.
@rpm773: It would probably be cheaper to hire them rather than run that HUGE video screen 24 hours a day, which is the true beauty of it. Even when it is "off" it is still producing an image of what that wall would look like IF THE SCREEN WASN'T THERE! It's still mesmerizing to watch in action though. The moonrise is awesome.
@Darrone: yeah, isn't apple actually more like the government in that clip? they're the ones that don't let you do crap with their hardware/software. you hardly even get a choice when you buy their stuff.
The video wall is becoming a part of Philadelphia. During some of the great events in the past year people gathered at the Comcast Center to be a part of it.

Here are a few other You Tube videos
@menty666: I watched the video, and that's kind of cool, but I don't necessarily think it's the best use of customer money.
It reminds me of WGBH in Boston. I like PBS, and I considered giving some money to them. Then I drove into Boston and saw the gleaming black building by the turnpike with a massive multi-section video screen built into the side of the building and said, no, they apparently have money to spend on silly things.
@midwestkel: THANK YOU.... my computer no want to worky. Or might be the user... Anyone got some Dunkin Donuts??
@grebby: I get it now. Trying to watch a video screen with 3 giant holes cut out of it is simply unpleasant.
Oh no a company spending the money that their Board of Directors approved! OMG!
It makes sense. Comcast is a technology company thus they want to wow people with some technology at their corporate office. If their offices were a warehouse in the middle of nothing someone would complain that the reason they suck is because of that. I don't see the point.
@Sparerib: Couldn't they have saved the cash they spent on this and made the building actually look finished? For months after it was done I thought it was still under construction.
@grebby: whoa. that is. insanely awesome. but it being inside Comcast's headquarters sours it for me big time. can't. stop. watching....
@Blinky987: Watch one of the videos linked in these comments. It's not a mural, it's an insane video screen.

From a little distance, that looks like a shark's mouth.
