Slap Chop Remix Will Awe You (Although It Doesn't Erase The Memory Of That Hooker)

25169 views

We'll probably never be able to get those mug shots out of our minds when we see crazy old Vince hawking things on TV, but this amazing remix comes in a close second at searing itself into the brain. "You're gonna love my nuts" is particularly well done.

This is the best thing I've seen all hour.

Man, there are millions of people who can't even afford bandwidth and look at how we waste it!

user-pic

Man, if the commercial was like this to begin with, I'd probably be way more interested in the product.

user-pic

@ShirtNinja: I wouldn't call this a waste.

I would call this awesome.

user-pic

It's so hard to take him seriously now. "One slap at a time!" And great remix.

user-pic

OH MY GOD THIS IS AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGG! haha :P

user-pic

I can't believe they were showing this guy and this infomercial just last week on t.v. I may be an old fart, but back in my day, any spokesperson or celebrity type that was caught in a nasty sex scandal would've had their commercials and whatnot pulled off the air. We live in different times!

user-pic

@TheObserver: The Slap Chop isn't exactly a high quality product sold by a reputale company.

user-pic

Wow, even got Nancy Pelosi in there at the end.

user-pic

@Wendy Sloan: You mean you took him seriously before this video?

user-pic

That was epic. I love living in the future and I love the internet.

user-pic

"You can't use this, it's worthless. Forget about it"

That made me crack up.

user-pic

Is it wrong that I have this amazing remix looping in the background while I'm doing work?

user-pic

Don't forget about the Billy Mays gangsta remix:

user-pic

Auto-Tune has made the world such a better place.

user-pic

@TheObserver: There's no such thing as bad publicity...anymore.

user-pic

Hilarious and actually good production value.

user-pic

that's worth a chuckle. you might want to check out "jabooody dubs" youtube channel. it has some funny redubs of billy mays. I especially like their "big shitty sliders" one. In the turkey burger frame with all the funny-colored meat, they're like "Cat food? WHY NOT!"

user-pic

This actually wants to make me buy one more than the original infomercial.

user-pic

@TheObserver: Clinton lowered the standard considerably. You'd have to be caught in bed with a dead girl or live boy to get anyone's attention.

user-pic

@MightyDwarf56:

That's always been my favorite part, where he throws it in the sink and it goes CLAAAAANNNGGGG!!

user-pic

I actually saw someone post this on Kotaku earlier today.

I'm an adult that reads about video games. I'm ashamed, but I admit it!

user-pic

...and still no one bothered with the obligitory link to the best Slap Chop parody of all?

+ Watch video

Maybe I'm the only one immature enough to enjoy this crap.

user-pic

@Scuba Steve: I usually loath autotuner, but I barely dislike this!

user-pic

I about lose it every time the clips from Breakin' are interspersed. Slap Chop Pop & Lock.

user-pic

This was awesome, it was so catchy I'd put it on my iPod. Proof that with computer enhancement, anyone can make a hit song! Even you in your basement!

user-pic
I_have_something_to_say

I would have recorded this commercial if it was real. AWESOME!

user-pic

This is easily within the top 10 Youtube videos of the year. Very catchy, and well edited!

Did he add extra "bling" to the veggies and slapchop in the video? Or was it originally that obnoxious? :-D

user-pic

@cmdrsass: I see what you are doing there.

However, I'd like to point out that Hugh Grant and Marv Albert both had similar hobbies to Mr. Shamwow and predate the Clinton trial. You might as well blame them.

user-pic

Thanks Consumerist, now I want to buy one :(

user-pic

Hell yeah, awesome remix! Go Autotuning!

user-pic

That was much better than I expected. Best thing I've seen all day!

user-pic

@Sunny Yeung: "So you'll never have trouble..claiming what's yours."

user-pic

@cmdrsass: Yeah! Before Bill Clinton, this stuff never happened.

user-pic

Mmmm. Breakin'.
That movie is funny in just about every context.

user-pic

@supercereal: In the words of Jeremy Clarkson; Yes. Very.

user-pic

That was great. Nice production work.
