There's lots of varities. lastname_firstname@x.com, firstname.lastname@x.com, etc., etc.
Haha, genius! I can't believe we finally cracked Capital One's nefarious code. The only question now is why they use "Capit Alone" as their domain...

It probably redirects to the CEO.
I got good results (callback the next morning from exec. service) by emailing Jory Berson using the above format. This was in protest to an APR increase about a year ago.
Ummmm....why is this here?
