I love the idea of electric vehicles, but did Electric Vehicles International really have to call it the "eviLightTruck"? Probably not a good idea to have, you know, Satan, in your product name. You're electric, people already think you're going to blow up their baby carriages, don't go out looking for ways to make your job tougher. [evi-usa]

I'm a fan of the Two Men and a Truck moving company. Smooshed together, I always read their URL as tWomenAndATruck.com. The sequel to 2 girls 1 cup?
Awww.. poor electric truck.
Maybe this was a shrewd marketing strategy, because right now I'm feeling a whole lot more affinity for an electric light truck than I ordinarily do.
Still not as bad as when experts-exchange.com first registered their domain without the hyphen.

Good thing the batteries appear to exposed; someone who wants to mod their car could make pretty good use of those.
There's lots of unfortunately named websites like that. expertsexchange.com (Experts Exchange), whorepresents (Who Represents?), penisland.net (Pen Island), speedofart.com (Speed Of Art), etc.

The steering wheel from Hitler's staff car... the left turn signal from Charles Manson's VW... the windshield wipers from that car that played Knight Rider. (KITT wasn't evil, but his windshield wipers were... It didn't come up much in the show, though.)

Chances are you've heard about how Chevrolet had problems marketing the Chevy Nova automobile in Latin America. Since no va means "it doesn't go" in Spanish, the oft-repeated story goes, Latin American car buyers shunned the car, forcing Chevrolet to embarrassedly pull the car out of the market.
These are the trucks they'll be using to collect the mobs which end up being Soylent Green. Hey! Soylent Green is ... "Green"?
