I tried an EECB to Amex for balance chasing. You might have more luck with " ken.chenault@aexp.com ", as I don't see it listed. (Ken Chenault is CEO of Amex.)
I got a response from a woman "on behalf" of Ken... who was not interested in helping me. Essentially a "tough, we're not going to help" kind of response.

Not exactly groundbreaking news - the standard format for Amex email addresses is firstname.middleinitial.lastname@aexp.com.
Sometimes you get firstname.lastname@aexp.com - this usually means that someone has been in the company >5 or so years (before they started with the middle initials), or less than a year (when the stopped caring about middle initial).
If someone does not have a middle initial, either A or X is often used. Also, if an address doesn't work, try using a formal spelling of a name - so Gregory instead of Gregg.

How about one for bellsouth?
