So does Maryland’s Comptroller, Peter Franchot, and he’s commissioned a cringe-inducing parody to encourage Marylanders to use the state’s e-file system for their taxes. Behold: “Mr. Frustrated Taxpayer.” We’re pretty sure he recorded the backing vocals.
