Reach AT&T Landline Executive Customer Service
Here's 2 numbers to reach escalate an AT&T residential problem that regular customer service can't or won't fix: 404-362-0021, 866-232-9733. (Photo: genetic.drift)
This is a test using rich text formatting and html links. It's the generic "company" ad that should appear on all posts with the Company category if they don't have an ad attached to a specific company.

@RStui: The 800 number doesn't work. It's disconnected. Also, the 404 number hangs up on you automatically if "all our agents are helping other customers".
So much for executive service.
@ViperBorg: They might be, for all I know - they sold us one thing, and when they arrived without it, I called and was informed "You are not going to get that. Ever. No matter what you do."
I said that I was therefore lied to and no one's doing anything to fix it, and was told "There is no problem to fix."
Funny, that. I'm PAYING for what I ordered. I just haven't GOTTEN what I ordered.
AT&T has not acknowledged a paper check payment that they cashed electronically. We sent a copy of the withdrawl and our bank sent a copy and confirmation. This in addition to our decades old perfect payment record just isn't good enough for AT&T. We are now in the third month of dispute. The FCC, Attorney General's office and local TV troubleshooter are now on the case.
The hours of our life spent on this will never be recovered. Will we be compensated in some way? I'm not holding my breath.
The toll-free number has been disconnected.
The 404 number is AT&T Residential sales and services, so they may be able to help with an issue. But then they may just try to sell you more crap.
(They are closed now so I couldn't talk to anyone).
I'm trying to help my mother get a $14.95 a month charge for a static IP off her DSL service. She has no need for it. Can't do it through the on-line system.
The toll free no has been disconnected and when I called the 404-362-0021 no they told me that they don't deal with Texas issues and that I need to call the same knuckle heads that have been dealing with my problem for the past 2 years. Is there an executuve customer service no for ATT& T Texas related issues???
Please help, I have the same problem as marif has sent a check for payment it was cashed applied to another account and have for 6 months gotten the run around. Does any one have updated contact info for the ex customer service for landlines? Or a regional vp's #? Or even a way to get ahold of there legal dept, so I can get a local contact to serve with a small claims court suite?

Wouldn't you know, I had an issue with AT&T just yesterday and was about to launch an EECB. I'll try these numbers, first.
BTW, the CEO number you guys have listed took me to an immediate hang-up number.
