Heh Heh, this is actually the result of the SEC investigation. It's not REALLY a class action lawsuit but we posted it anyway since it's close enough. You'll be making your claim from the Enron Victim Trust Fund. Anything left over goes to Uncle Sam, so why not make your claim if you can?
