@IrvCrapper: As I said yesterday, since Jan of 2008, there have been a total of FOUR articles about Buy.com on Consumerist.
One was on how their rebates weren't as good as Newegg's.
The next was about how due to a glitch, they didn't charge peoples credit cards, and they were going to.
The third was about how some of the rebates on their site come to you in the form of a gift credit card instead of a check.
And finally, how Buy.com was not responsible for your package once the shipper takes possession of it.

@IrvCrapper: In a funny side note, in checking your comment history, you have commented more on a morning deal featuring a buy.com link in it in one month then Consumerist has done stories on them in the past year.
@Trai_Dep: I think that is a great idea - each "deal" should be paired with a link to any press (good or bad) the company has gotten on Consumerist. Pretty simple, reasonable, inexpensive solution.
So what. The number of complaints I make shouldn't have anything to do with the number of documented screwings Buy.com has made in a year. Instead, I see a problem and I'm trying to remedy it.
You aren't going to make Buy.Com change by ignoring what they do and how they operate. Perhaps you think otherwise.
@IrvCrapper: But you made a point to say that consumerist repeatedly features stories on Buy.com screwing people. In looking at the stories, there is maybe one story about screwing customers. There is also a story about how the customers screwed Buy.com. So I think in the end, it's about even. Hardly the mountain you seem to be making this anthill(if that) out to be.

Another post for Buy.Com.
Buy.com at your own risk. They are repeatedly featured here for their shitty business practices.
Before you Buy.com look for their customer "service' phone number. Hours later, when you give up, make your purchase.
Why wouldn't they want to make that number available? Hmmm....
