Aquafina is now making skin care products…

Obviously they’re trying to extend the brand equity they’ve built up for their water product, hoping consumers will go, “It’s like a bottled waterfall for your face!” Could this result in brand backwash? Will the brand transposition go both ways, so that consumers pop open an Aquafina and subconsciously think, “It’s like drinking wrinkle cream!”
