So - has anyone heard anything about this company before? I was thinking of getting - oh, I dont know, some form of eyewear, and thought the free shipping was quite the deal!

@kathyl: I ordered 4 pair of sunglasses and two purses from them that were wrapped very well. I'm sure the breaking part was an accident, however the customer service that she received was horrific.
