@kathyl: I ordered 4 pair of sunglasses and two purses from them that were wrapped very well. I’m sure the breaking part was an accident, however the customer service that she received was horrific.
Is this the same free shipping code they sent to you Ben in their email? That would make this whole thing hilarious!

i’d like to say yes, but free shipping never was a big motivator for me – 9 times out of 10, if i see something online, i can find it local (except for some of the specialty t-shirts, but those you really can’t shop around for shipping on anyway)
