Last night I was on On The Money on the television, and in this web extra we shot, Carmen Wong-Ulrich and I squelch some of the nasty bank rumors circulating online.

i used to read ramit's blog daily (iwillteachyoutoberich.com), but then he got wrapped up in a book deal (or something) & his postings were irregular & infrequent - i ended up just deleting him from my feeder. there's some advice for the bloggers out there - ignore your readership & you'll slip into irrelevance.
some of his advice is great - especially for entrepreneurs - but it should also be pointed out that he jumped on the "poster child for subprime flipper fraudsters whose name shall not be mentioned here" bandwagon like a lot of folks last year, so his blog is definitely not a comprehensive plan to wealth.
Is it just me or does Ben look like a girl in that picture on the left?
i turned on the TV to CNBC when On The Money started, and heard her mention Ben Popken and The Consumerist. i watched about 5 minutes and recorded the rest... i'll go finish later
