I was running on the treadmill just now and watching Adult Swim with the sound muted. They did an RIP David Foster Wallace bump and then immediately followed it with an ad for their web-based Flash game, "Five Minutes to Kill Yourself." Nice.
I can't see this picture at all. What gives? The link just goes to people talking on a forum.
Is it wrong that it made me laugh? Wow it only takes one magazine to make you feel like you suck as human being.

And I come from family of skin cancer fails and myself have been diagnosed with 3 more pre cancerous thingies last week.(this magazine story was on someone's sister who 'accidentally' killed herself neglecting her skin cancer)
Still I just laughed at this.

I wonder if magazines even make dummy books anymore with placement. It's difficult sometimes because all advertisers are always last-minute with the new ads they have to run by the client.
Sometimes/most times ads are sent directly to the printer. There's very little reason for them to go to a production department anymore.
