The laptop deal is decent, but I don’t know how much I really want to trust Best Buy, or deal with Windows Vista. Anyone have any experiences with Toshiba laptops?
@theblackdog: Bought a 3 year old one 3 years ago; replaced it at the beginning of this year when it started to have memory/motherboard issues (didn’t diagnose and fix because it wasn’t worth the effort and I wanted a new one anyway). Didn’t have any problems until then, so it was good for 5.5 years or so, although I can’t tell you if the original owner had every part in it replaced before I got it.
Those speakers show up as Item Not Found on Circuit City’s website.
On the laptop, click through to the CNET review. It isn’t all that great, citing battery life as the biggest issue. Although, the take-away from the review was that Dell and others offered more for less $$. Perhaps this is why they are selling it for only $499.
This promo code you entered is only available for specific programs.
Newegg isn’t letting me use that promo code. Anyone else having this problem?
@Andon: You have to be a subscriber to the NewEgg Mailing list to use the code.
@Hogan1: Ahh, great. Thanks, man.
@Hogan1: Ah, got it. Thanks, man.
Dealhack is incorrect on the laptop, Best Buy will not let you do an in-store pickup.

Unfortunately, these shoes have nothing to do with Batman, Superman, and The Flash.
@Wally East: I giggled.
I wish high tops hadn’t gone out of style. (Their boots are already gone…)
