Hey, this actually applies to me! I had to check my journal archives to find out when I bought my September 2004 tickets to London, but I ordered them on August 16. $7 refund, here I come!
Without clicking to see the terms, I'd like to posit a guess:
1) $50 Million to some lawyers
2) Neither airline admits wrong-doing
3) Affected customers fill out 5 pages of paperwork, get 1 can of soda and a bag of peanuts.
