@Letsgohokies: No kidding. I check it at LEAST 10 times a day... Not much else to do at work while waiting for programs/data to load.
I refresh consumerist more than an Ebay-bid-sniper.

I usually keep it open and minimized all day at work, hitting refresh a few times... Unfortunately I can only comment between noon and 1pm and after 5pm due to our site blocker.
RSS is the way to go.
Irony: a post describing a way to cut down on the clutter of too many posts actually adds to it. :-)
i read the RSS feed through out the day
don't need this. i need email notifications of replies to comments i made. why is it so hard to implement this?
But will Consumerist sell our email addresses off to the 419 scammers and Spam zombies?
