What's the DRM situation? That's the crucial question, lacking a captive market of people who do what they're told, such as Apple has.

Actually, I've been subscribing to Real's Rhapsody for a few years now and, aside from some Tech Supporters that aspire to someday reach "Bonehead" (and a few good ones), I've had an overall pleasant experience.
