Might be a good idea to stay away from Firestone. They tried to tell me that my one year old car with less than 10,000 miles on it needed new tires. Charged me for a state inspection sticker, insisted that the sticker was applied (it wasn't), and refused to even look at the car so that I could show them it wasn't applied. After that I began to doubt they had even changed my oil. Now I go to friendlier places for oil changes and tires and watch them like a hawk.

@deadgoon: That is a local issue, not a nationwide issue. Do you think Firestone corporate tells their employees to screw around with the customer like that?
