I’d love to see a feature on when different airlines’ frequent flyer miles expire. It drives me nuts that all my airtran miles expire after just a year.
I am fairly certain that MD-80 safety issues had little or nothing to do with the cancelled flights. AA simply couldn’t afford to put those planes up in the air, so they canceled the flights and put passengers on other planes in order to cut down on some costs.
The safety issue is a ruse. By October, AA will be lucky to be operating at all.
