They picked up right away for us. 910-794-6232 for Lisa Bennett, Executive Customer Relations, still works, as does a general executive office inline, 910-794-6200. all, I have to say is that Lisa Williams, was very effective for me in cancelling them without an ETF since, I told her that I do not need the phone and everything. It, was the time they were increasing txt msg price per use. She, was able to waive everything for me and it worked out smoothly.
Of course they picked the line fast, it's a 900 number meaning you pay to get decent customer support
That's not a 900 number. 908's a North Jersey exchange. Got me a call from that exchange just a few minutes ago.
CALLED ALL THREE NUMBERS, LISA GOT HER VOICE MAIL LEFT MESSAGE 3 HOURS AGO NO RETURN.6200 NUMBER IS JUST COLLECTIONS NOTHING ELSE, 6750 JUST TRANSFERED ME TO REGULAR CUST SERVICE ? LET'S SEE IF LISA CALLS BACK?

Its been nearly 1 1/2 years since someone posted here with an update, so here it is.
Called 910-794-6232. Outbound message indicates its Lisa Bennett. Left her a vm.
Meanwhile I called 908-306-6750. That # has been disconnected.
As large companies have huge trunk lines with the last 2-3 #s belonging to the same place, I randomly chose to call 910-794-6230. Outbound message asks that people leave a message in the general vm box. I did.
Now its a wait and see. My issue has been ongoing since February 2009. I will give it till the end of the week. We subscribe to prepaid legal at $35month which has been good for us in the past. If I cant resolve this on my own, I will push the work a lawyer, which wont cost me more than my monthly subscription.
Yup verizon executive customer service is very effective. Back in december 3 verizon store managers said "we cannot fix that despite you signing a contract in your favor, it will play in our favor for 3 months, you will be reimbursed for 1 month and have to pay the other 2"
...are you serious? Thats a slap in the face coming for you. I told them on a monday they have till Wednesday to fix before i called the number. Called on Thursday at 11:17, by 11:44 my account had been fixed, credited $100 in addition to all the bogus fees being eliminated, and now anytime i have a renewal coming up i get a call from the DM here requesting me to ignore other stores and go to her place =p
