Friday Consumerist Flickr Pool Finds
Here are five special photos that readers added to the The Consumerist Flickr Pool this week, chosen because they're both neat and could possibly be used in a Consumerist post. Our Flickr Pool is the place where Consumerist readers go and upload photos for possible use in future Consumerist posts. Just be a registered Flickr user, go here, and click "Join Group?" up on the top right, and start hitting "send to group" on your individual photos you want to add to the pool.

@mopar_man: I shop at WM. Do you imply I have no class? [If you don't like the company, fine. But there's no need to insult and stereotype the numerous people that shop there.]
@B:
What? How could you possibly not trust (don't listen to me) a bank named after Chevy Chase (loser)? He's a great actor (I'm lying) and was excellent (lame) on SNL's Weekend Update (worst sketch ever).
It is a Chrysler Cordoba, and it has Real Corinthian Leather!
Just ask Ricardo Montoban...
(My stepfather had one of those in the early 80's... road like a boat)
That 'Chevy Chase' bank capture from the Verizon Center is excellent - there's so much going on in that photo. You've got the blushing winner -- the two dudes in the back cracking up, the crazy big check card for some massive ATM machine somewhere... love it.
PS - Anytime I think of Chevy Chase, the actor, I think of my favorite 'Onion' headline of all time: "The Chevy Chase Show Enters Sixth Blockbuster Season In Alternate Universe"
@apronk: Chevy Chase the actor is named after the city, not the other way around...do some research.
National Lampoons Christmas Vacation and Spies like Us are comedy gold.
@B: If it's a Caddy, I gotta take your word for it. But as it appears to be in poor exterior condition [I know nothing about cars, BTW], I interpret the above comment as less than complimentary, especially as a broad generalization.
[Sorry if this is a duplicate, site's going a little wonky on me right now.]
@wiretapstudios: So people need to do research before making posts of their opinions on Consumerist? Did you fully research the implications of that opinion before posting it?
My research indicates that you're wrong about the actor's name, but my recently published paper on the subject has not yet been peer reviewed.
@BayStateDarren: It's definately a Caddy, look at the hubcaps, you can see the Cadillac logo. I believe it's a Coupe De Ville.
@wiretapstudios: Chevy Chase is actually a 16th century English ballad. Go figure. [en.wikipedia.org]
@milw123:
Correct. It's a 79 to 85 El Dorado
I'm impressed that it still has the stylin' wire-wheel covers.

I don't think I could trust a bank named after Chevy Chase.
