Cellphone provider Helio’s business line is 310-445-7000. Press 4 to reach the company directory and then you can pull up all sorts of people, like the executives found on this page. Good for when Helio’s underwhelming and outsourced customer service droids fail.

wow, might be useful for the ocean I cancelled 5 months ago but still receive bills for…thanks for the link. Instead of waiting for further action, I will take steps on this with reaction.
It’s not a phone… It’s a Helio…
oh yeh finally. ive beeen waiting for this number to show up. those guys owe me 150 dollars of a deposit that i wasnt suppose to be charged cuz they input the wrong social security number when i signed up for my service.
I’m a former Helio employee. I had a personal line of service
through them for almost a year before I started working for them. After
I quit (with notice given, and the store manager and regional manager
nearly begging me to stay) I planned to merge my personal account and
the employee account they provided into one family plan. This was
royally screwed up and i ended up with no lines. Once that was
straightened out, they charged me $1100 for January of 2008. They say
that they never recieved the 2 oceans that I had warranty issues with.
Both of course were returned (what good would 2 broken devices be to
me). I’ve left numerous voicemails with corporate with no response.
They were however, VERY quick to turn me over to a collection agency.
Thanks Helio… byt the way… I still havent recieved my W-2 despite
calling multiple times for that as well
