"Rearranging the deck chairs of the Titanic" was my favorite line during my tenure as a software engineer. Now that I'm back to school, I use it much less often.
Clearly, Sears has had a problem with too much support lately, so this will turn the company right around.

@fluiddruid: I don't know how, but Sears still reports profits. So it may take longer than a year before they start using red pens and maybe even longer before they die. It's not a question of if but when.
200 of 5,000 headquarters employees? Seems like a huge amount of headquarters employees but probably combines the Kmart and Sears crews.
