I hope this isn't the end of it. They were killed for blocking bittorrent before so i hope a change in TOS doesn't alleviate them of the problem. I hope they still get sued for not providing adequate service and/or blocking of valid services. Just like a TOS should not allow them to read your personal email and post it to a blog for everyone to read, they shouldn't be allowed to do this simply by changing their TOS
