Doom! Gloom! Fumes! (It's practically an election year now, doncha know?)
These are all the people who cashed out their homes earlier in the bubble by selling them to the bigger suckers who are now left holding the bucket.
Isn't it funny? They are now all rich and the government wants to bail-out the remained because they were late to jackpot and ran out of suckers..
I, for one, have a new job that pays well. After X-Mas, my wife and I are going into poor mode and spending nothing if we can help it.
I'm giving the ultimate gift vouchers, twenty dollar bills. And not many.
I know I SEVERELY cut back on my gift-giving purchases this year. :) It feels good to save when so many are in the red.
