The financial markets would kill them if they participated. Outbidding Verizon and AT&T for this spectrum would be folly.
are they? not.
I wonder why Comcast and Time Warner do not wish to participate... Perhaps the Open Access rules cause them fear, perhaps its the rules set in stone by the FCC that they MUST abide by...
Perhaps its just a damn good thing for the rest of us hoping that Google wins.
