Finally someone is standing up for students who have WAY TOO MUCH student loan debt to have to pay back.

Anyone that can offer opps to help students pay back loans will be the best recruiter on the market these days.

''deceptive marketing practices'', wow, isn't it like fraud?

It would be fraud if they said they were the school.

They merely designed their materials to look as though they were the school.

If I normally drive an old wagon but for a hot date I rent a Porsche then I am being deceptive; if I tell her it is mine then it is fraud.

And if she believes you, you're the President.
