@ladycrumpet: Indeed. I normally hate rain; it's annoying. But I haven't complained about it this year. It's just too damn dry around here.

Sweet, so now I can enjoy some Pecan Pie while I watch all the trees around me die from lack of water.

I bet this lack of rain will screw up the cherry blossoms next year in DC.
