The Christmas tree ornaments made by Reeves are actually quite collectible and some are made from porcelain such as the carousel series. They're not quite as chintzy as one would think - they are far better than ornaments made by American Greetings or Hallmark. The recalled ones have been advertised on model horse sales lists for far more than the retail price - a bad case of greed!
Oh, I thought the manufacturer's name was "Chintzy Reeves" until I looked at the full recall notice. If it was I thought it would be very appropriate.
Are they ornaments of horses, or ornaments for your horses?
