@Starfury: That's Canada, not US. And as for the US, our law makers don't feel we need to regulate the industry nor do they think speeds need to be increased. They think they're just fine. Obviously this publication proves that false, but what do we know? We're only consumers.
Although I appreciate this research it fails to take one thing into account: Routing. Then again, given all the ISP's had problems, thats not exactly a factor.






I've noticed the ads all say "up to" xyz speed.
I'm wondering why the US internet speeds are so slow compared to Europe/Asia.
