That's a new one to me but I hope people start using it more often. That's useful information right there!
Handcuffing story: I admit I haven't read details on how exactly she could've choked herself, but I can't imagine how she could've done that. It just doesn't sound right.
Lots of folks able to get their cuffed, behind their back, arms up and around to relocate a chain into a postition with enough force and effectiveness to choke themselves are there out in the wide world of police lock ups?
Just asking.
