"Cyber Monday" spending rose 21% from last year. 61% of those purchases were made using computers at the office. [NYT]

This is a test contextual ad for the SHOPPING category. It should appear on all SHOPPING entries, unless the subcategory has its own ad.

I didn't even know there was a "Cyber Monday" last year. I know I bought nothing on Monday of this year all because there was nothing that was really a deal.

So the busiest online shopping day last year was actually Wednesday, December 13. I imagine that's near the last day to get items shipped on time.

I dub thee "Last-Minute Wednesday."

at the office? goes to show what people really do at work. and also why we're required to work 8 hr days (usually) because out of those 8 hrs, their may be 4 hours of true productive work.

@no.no.notorious: Speak for yourself I get at least 4.5-5 hrs of work in on a 8 hour shift. Is blogging about consumer issues work too? Hmm LOL
