Wachovia becomes the third bank to sue former Atlanta Falcons quarterback (and current douchebag) Michael Vick for defaulting on a loan. This one was to finance a wine store and totaled $1.3 million. Oh yeah, he's also overdrawn on his checking accounts by $34,680.85. [Atlanta Journal-Constitution]

That's one check for 85 cents and $34680 in overdraft fees, penalties and interest.

@Troy F.: Ha! And we bitch about 5-10 overdraft fees hitting us at the same time. This guy is going to end up just like Mike Tyson.

"The suit also claims that Atlantic Wine has multiple checking accounts with Wachovia, and that two of those accounts were overdrawn by a total of $34,680.85."

Being overdrawn by $35k might be the least of Vick's problems, but it doesn't seem to actually be his problem based on the article.

So the guy gets a gajillion dollars and he invests it in a car lot and a liquor store? Way to live your life according to a Southern cracker's cliché, Vick!
