Pretty disturbing with the sound off!

Sweet!! I remember these infomercials, who needs the death penalty when you can zap yourself at home!

user-pic

Oh good god. I've had to use those "tiny little impulses" used on my leg in physical therapy and they hurt like hell. I can't imagine what it's like on the face.

user-pic

This must have been the inspiration for the "Insta-tuck" in the Eddie Murphy move Holy Man.

user-pic

Did anyone else notice that those people didn't blink at all?

user-pic

but the real question is: does it work?

user-pic

Does it come with a hatchet so you can go on your murderous rampage while you tone and rejuvinate your face?

user-pic

Creepy. Just creepy.

It's not enough that you're electrocuting your face, but you get to do it with a strange mask on.

Don't use it with small children or animals around...

user-pic

When you're done vibrating your face, you can rob a bank incognito!

user-pic

I can just picture that mask being used in some low budget horror movie....

@newlywed: Yes, zaps from a 9-volt cause human skin to be "tighter, toned, youthful-looking, fresher, more vibrant, and glowy." But apparently it only works on young women wearing lots of makeup.

@mcjake: Are you talking about a TENS unit?

I don't see how this can be safe. Sending electricity into your face, near your eyes, just sounds like a horrible idea.

user-pic

They look like that guy who got impaled in the spiky-wrestling thing in Flash Gordon.

user-pic

That's the 2nd most frightening thing I've seen in the past 4 hours.

user-pic

Like girly, I watched this muted, and will probably have nightmares for weeks. The first scene of the slow zoom-in on the twitching eye behind the mask. *shudder*

user-pic

It's like watching an infomercial version of Les Yeux Sans Visage

user-pic

It makes your skin younger with bull and transforms you into a serial B movie killer!

Amazing!

user-pic

@newlywed: No the best quesion is, "Will it blend?"

user-pic

I think I saw that mask in the film "The Man In The Iron Mask" - but I could be mistaken!

Also, why would anyone want to use something that is pretty much like electrocuting yourself over a long term basis?

user-pic

Looks like the movie, "Eyes Without a Face."
