Of course real cooks use Ghirardelli, or better. Baker is like the Schlitz of baking chocolate.
Eating white chocolate makes me feel like I have salmonella, but I guess that doesn’t count.
Some people have all the luck. Why couldn’t I get famous for dying from eating contaminated chocolate?
